First time at JH tp was Ronnissa Miller she was my tax preparer and she did an excellent job and I was able to do it remote and it was so simple and I’m very pleased with the outcome. If you want a simple no hassle tax prep go see this amazing lady.
Horrible experience..What should have taken 30 minutes took 3 hours..Very unprofessional..The card they use for loading money didn't work..They had the audacity to ask me to purchase a Walmart card to use it..Then get denied the advance after signing the paperwork...Misleading and very very rude manager I spoke with ..Talked over me when trying to explain to her..Just very disrespectful..I have contacted the appropriate authorities concerning this matter and they are looking into the misleading tactics..

I went to JH, Jordan Lane Alabama. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I came on the wrong day and they let me stay and get worked in. I didn't wait long, maybe 10 minutes. The accountant that did my taxes helped explain tax laws that applied to me. I ended up getting a refund. Great service. Friendly and accommodating. How could someone ask for more??
