I saw PA Bouchelle and he has terrible bedside manners, does not take the time to listen, and is dismissive. Im a RN and I KNOW what good bedside manners look like. All the positive reviews are about Dr. Angelia Stepien, who will be leaving soon to another practice. I would just wait to find out where she is going.
I had a mole checked, and a skin tag removed. They had me in and out of there at no time at all with everything done. Easy breezy! Bree & Dr Zach were awesome. They talked to me about cost beforehand; what was covered and what was not covered. They provided thorough information.
Dr. Zachary Bouchelle was incredibly calm, gentle, and reassuring throughout my procedure. He made me feel comfortable and really helped ease my anxiety, explaining everything clearly and letting me know how smoothly and easy it was going. His assistant was also very kind and supportive. Excellent experience overall!
I was able to schedule a new patient exam quickly, and online which is a plus for me! The office is beautiful and clean, everyone was kind and helpful. The Dr. was amazing, she took her time and explained everything, it never felt rushed and it was so evident how much she cares and how involved her care is. I couldn’t recommend this office more!
Welcoming and very professional experience. Everyone was respectful and helpful with what ever you needed. Dr. Stephen is kind, caring of what issue you are going through and patient helping you get through the process. There was no rush through the procedure of my Biopsy, but instead it was a thorough and delicate process. Shook my hand after the appointment. Positive environment. Thank you everyone.
