So I arrived today at 2:00-2:09. 12/18-2025 in the Infiniti and I paid for $18 Car Wash my car was not dried at the end. This seems to always be a problem here recently. I’ve been coming here for years. I went back around to the front because that’s what you’re told to do if you’re not satisfied so I wasn’t satisfied that my car wasn’t dry. I asked for my car to be dried. He got a dirty towel squeezed it out and tried to give it to me to dry my car I threw the towel down and I left. You just lost a loyal customer Literally and I’ll be making sure that none of my people come back here. Ridiculous. Customer service is TERRIBLE , Spanish guy that was doing the car washes today this morning very rude. I don’t appreciate that bro. Just so you know. And I used to think you were a cool guy not anymore ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME KINDNESS OR MONEY HERE !
Drove 25 minutes because it has a self-service car wash, which is exactly what I wanted. I'm from out of town. Had a problem with the machines. But Jorge was there to help. THANK YOU SO MUCH. He was super nice and accommodating. Support your local business.
This car wash had served this community for many years with nothing but good service and fair prices, I been a costumer for a long time and very satisfied with service and customer care.......thank you Pete and JP car wash...hope you get all the support you deserve and given to the Boston area.....
Card machines at the self service wash were giving me hell. Other than that it was a decent experience.
Automatic car wash left several visible scratches on my car! I bought this car recently and these were not here before today. Back of car completely dirty still, not that that matters in comparison.
