Technician Matt was courteous and professional, quickly diagnosed the electrical issue, and had it fixed in no time. The rates were very reasonable, and I’ll definitely use Jameson again for any future electrical needs. Thanks again, Matt—excellent work! I really appreciated the detailed explanations, and I even had time to squeeze in a Harley ride (in December!) after he finished.
Am giving my review same day they came to my home & replaced everything pertaining to my run down fuse box. I can comment on their work! Outstanding. Prompt. Friendly & done in half the time we were told it would take!! Their interaction was beyond straight forward, polite, very professional, & reasonable.we would without any doubts be calling them for any services they are capable of providing us with in the future. Dependability is rare from professionals these days but they surprised us. Far as this company is considered….we are beyond pleased with EVERYTHING about their services in my home!! Will always refer Jameson for jobs like such! Very pleased!!’
We had a great experience using Jameson for an electrical repair that was emergent as we had no power. They came out very quickly, identified the issue, and repaired it. We were worried that the electrical issue we had was a safety concern, and the electrician (Jessy) took the time to explain the issue and repair and reassure us. Jessy was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything to us, and was also able to give us a quote and recommendations for an additional project we are interested in doing. We will definitely be using Jameson for any electrical needs we have in the future, and would highly recommend them—they are prompt, do high quality work that they stand behind, and have excellent customer service!
Today's experience was great. We had an issue with the electricity in the basement suddenly not working so our sump pump would not turn on. I called and was able to get an appointment for the same day. Matt showed up on time, was very courteous and professional, and helped resolve our issue. He also took the time to look at another electrical issue. He answered all of my questions and gave some helpful advice. He went above and beyond. The price was very reasonable. I couldn't have been happier with the service today and will definitely be using them for future jobs.
