I really like this dentist, they don’t push work that is not needed, and ask you what you are looking for in dental care. I’ve hopped around a few dentists, as they always just want to do work, and don’t ask what you want. The staff is also friendly. It’s also in my neighborhood.
Dr. Mendoza and his staff is extremely accommodating and provided incredible care. From the front desk, dental assistant, to Dr. Mendoza himself everyone was attentive, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure. The office has plenty of parking and a very relaxing and comfortable reception area while you wait for your appointment. Highly recommend Dr. Mendoza if you are seeking dental care in the area!
Courteous, congenial, yet very professional management/staff. Dr. Alex Mendoza is truly skilled and knowledgeable. His humble low key but confident demeanor makes one feel relax easily with trust. Management and staff are very professional, friendly but respectful, and have that authentic empathetic caring attitude. . Yes. Yes. Hell yes! I’ll preface this by saying, I have a huge phobia of dentists after a traumatic visit 30 years ago. Today, I woke up with a dental emergency. I used my insurance to locate a nearby dentist. I called the office and they fit me in same day. Dr Joe and the team were amazing from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere is very calming. And the staff, knowing of my anxiety, did everything to make me comfortable. Dr Joe came in, examined me, and had a very direct conversation about the issue. He advised he was referring me to a specialist due to my condition. The empathy and compassion was phenomenal. Everything was clean and sterile. They have accessible parking lot and ADA ramp. I think I found my permanent dentist. Thank you team.
Dr. Mendoza is fantastic! Great chair-side manner, very reassuring and comforting. Had an appt for fillings and he actually reduced the needed services as opposed to giving me fillings I didn’t need yet. The office as a whole, including reception and the hygienists, is welcoming, friendly and comfortable. Good parking too!
