We went to look at eternity rings and were helped by Cailin Rose and Christopher Franke. It was a good experience. They truly listened to my likes and dislikes. Christopher brought a ring out that I had not described but just by listening and observing it was absolutely perfect for me. Cailin was very open to helping find the perfect ring for me also. Looking for jewelry? You can’t go wrong with these two people.

I received a beautiful bracelet as an anniversary gift, but it was unfortunately too big for my wrist. After locating the nearest store about 45 minutes away, I made the trip to have it resized. The associate who helped me was professional, and efficient, which I appreciated. However, when I returned to pick it up, I was disappointed to find that the bracelet had been cut too short by the technician, that was the nearest size of a baby’s wrist. They mentioned that if it were extended again, it would be noticeable. As a result, a new bracelet had to be ordered and shipped to the store, meaning I’ll need to make another 45-minute trip in hopes that it fits correctly this time. While I appreciate the staff’s professionalism and effort to make things right, the situation has been a bit frustrating due to the multiple long trips caused by the resizing error.
My husband and I were invited to this location for a Le Vian event which also happened to fall on our anniversary. Everyone at this location was very welcoming and helpful. Christopher is fantastic! We have been doing business with him for years and will always recommend him to friends and family. I picked out this beautiful diamond and blue sapphire ring that initially needed to be re-sized and we were able to pick it up the next day. I can’t say enough good things about our experience and Christopher!
