Both Christine and Amanda were wonderful to work with today. I have a couple of pieces of jewelry purchased from Jared’s years ago. Today, I purchased a Lifetime warranty on a ring that I bought elsewhere. I trust their experience, customer service ethic, and Jared’s on site jewelry repair center. Thank you ladies. It’s nice knowing I can bring my jewelry to one place for care.
I had a wonderful experience at Jared’s thanks to Trudy] and Kristy. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions with patience, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Their knowledge of the products and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear they both take pride in their work and truly care about providing excellent customer service. Because of them, my experience at Jared’s exceeded my expectations, and I will absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others.
My husband and I went to Jared's on Phoenix Dr.to see what tanzanite jewelry they had. Crystal F. met us at the door and asked what we were looking for. We told her and she took us directly to the display case with the tanzanite jewelry. My husband had purchased me a gorgeous tanzanite ring a few months ago and I asked for a tanzanite bracelet for Christmas. Jareds had a beautiful tanzanite bracelet and the colors matched my ring. I told Crystal I liked the bracelet very much and she asked if I wanted to see earrings to match the bracelet and my ring. The pair she showed me were perfect so my husband bought the bracelet and earrings for my Christmas gift. I'm thrilled! Crystal was so personable and friendly! She did not pressure us but let us take our time. We also purchased one of the stuffed animals for St. Jude's. It was a very pleasant visit. Now I can say "He went to Jareds!"
I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting my diamond ring repaired. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. The staff (Nico, Keisha, Melissa, and Josh) were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure my ring was restored perfectly. They kept me updated throughout the process and took the time to explain every step so I felt confident and informed. When I picked up my ring, I was blown away. The repair was flawless—my diamond sparkles like new again! It’s rare to find a place that combines such high-quality craftsmanship with exceptional customer care, but they exceeded my expectations in every way. Thanks again Nico, Josh, Keisha and Melissa. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing jewelry repair or looking for a trustworthy jeweler. Truly a 5-star experience!
I want to first say thank you to Maddie for dealing with my difficult decision making. She spent a total of 5 hours with me on figuring out which watch I like. During the time I tried on almost every watch, and she was completely honest with me with each watch and didn’t try to push the most expensive watch. She really cared and took into account what I really wanted in a watch. In the end I chose the one in the picture because it was lightweight no pinching of the hair with the band and it matches my wife’s watch very well. Great his and hers set. Maddie thank you for everything. You are truly amazing and the only jeweler I’ll ever deal with and recommend. You went above and beyond my expectations and if I could would give you well over unlimited stars with the greatest experience and most of all being honest about how the watch looked on me during my decision process.
