I contacted Jay to take some headshots and he responded very quickly, was extremely professional, and on the day of the shoot made me feel very comfortable and at ease for all of my poses. He was quick to deliver the pictures and talked me through all that I should expect. I highly recommend Jay for all pictures needs.
We hired Jay as our event photographer for our biggest event of the year of 2025, the Resident's Holiday Gala. Jay did a phenomenal job capturing the memories of the evening. He was responsive and provided good communication from the beginning. He arrived on time and looked professional. He took photos of the residents as they arrived, took photos of residents and entertainment throughout the evening both candid and not. He provided the link to the photos immediately the day after and they looked great! He even offered to do edits on a couple photos gratis. The residents were very happy with the photos, and I was very happy with the photos and his professional service. We will certainly hire him again for future events.
I was trying to find a photographer for my daughter‘s senior high school pictures. Jay was great to work with over email. Since it was a destination photo shoot for us. I was worried he wouldn’t show up or maybe the pictures would be bad. But Jay was fabulous to work with he made my daughter very comfortable. He took amazing pictures! You can’t go wrong having Jay take your pictures for you.
Jay is truly the best of the best. I’ll admit it… I’m a little picky (read: particular) and a little bossy (read: decisive). I wanted many family photos the week that I was getting married, since we had lots of family members in town. Jay turned this chaotic gathering into a masterpiece…every smile, every laugh, perfectly frozen in time. I’m so happy about all the photos and I can’t thank Jay enough. We will keep and treasure these pictures for decades. The session was joyful. Jay was graceful (and so, so patient) in his directions during the shoot. It was toasty in Las Vegas when we were in town, so the studio he recommended we book was perfect. Every few years, my family gets their photos taken. For my husband, this was the first photoshoot their family had since 2004. We had a one-year-old in the shoot, and family members in their 80s. So, this was a really chaotic request, but Jay said “yes” to it and I’m so grateful. Well worth every penny! I wouldn't change a thing about these pictures! (Ok, maybe for some pictures, I would... but Jay's advanced and timely photo editing skills were also amazing... so, all of those requested changes were taken care of). Haha-- thank you, thank you, thank you!!
We could not have more nice things to say about Jay! After tons of research my fiancé chose Jay to capture our surprise engagement and I’m so glad that he did! Jay was kind and caring. He was easy going and professional. I am SO glad that my fiancé decided to hire Jay. Our pictures came out amazing and I still look at them everyday over a year later. My fiancé said he was super easy to work with the entire time. We cannot recommend him highly enough!
