They did an amazing job repairing my Line 6 Helix. I would go back and trust them with any equipment. They are professional, prompt, knowledgeable and very fairly priced.
Normally, I am not one to complain but…Took my Adcom amp in for a diagnostic check and to be cleaned. It cost me $245!!! No parts were replaced…What a rip off! I asked for it to be cleaned and make it “look new”. Some screws were a little rusty…all they did was sand them and used black spray paint on them!! They couldn’t even put new screws in it for $245??!?! And they did not touch or clean one single thing on the outside! Find another place to go to and keep some money in your pocket! Update: the owner reached out to me and was very kind and understanding about this situation. He even refunded some of the cost back to my credit card. He is very quick to respond and a good communicator. He has earned my respect and business. I will definitely take my electronics to him if they need checked out or repaired in the future. It’s great to see a business be customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile! I would highly recommend them to do great work and stand behind their work and customer service!
Just went to this shop on Monday to get both my QSC speakers fixed. DJing is my career and it’s real hard to bring them in to fix cause I’m always busy working. They were not only so kind and respectful, they worked on them immediately to ensure that I had them ready for the week! Took only a few days. So happy and from now on going to them for any repairs, thank you so much! 🙏🏻
They are really great people and want to help. I just recently needed to get a tape machine fixed, while they don’t really fix the specific equipment I have they were able to point me in the direction of a guy named Mike who was great. Really glad I called last week. Also they fixed one of my samplers years ago when no one else could so thanks for that too!
Cuando me mudé a Jax Fl desde California, me costó muchísimo encontrar un taller de reparación para mis Korg Triton Extremes y mi Korg N264. Llevé mis Korgs a Jaydon Electronics y quedé tan impresionado con su servicio. Realmente saben lo que hacen. Sin lugar a dudas. Mis teclados Korg están obsoletos y he estado tocando en vivo 3 a 4 días de ocho horas por semana durante más de 3 años. He hecho que Jaydon Electronics revisen y reemplacen todos los botones, arreglen el interruptor de sostenido y de inicio y hagan un mantenimiento preventivo general. Un amplificador Behringer se estropeó. Jaydon lo arregló rápidamente; Korg tiene el Kronos nuevo por 4 mil dólares, pero Jaydon mantiene mis teclados en óptimas condiciones, así que no voy a actualizar a Kronos mientras Jaydon mantenga mis teclados funcionando. Los precios de Jaydon son muy razonables en comparación con otros. Cualquier problema de teclado electrónico que tengas, llama a Jaydon Electronics. Ellos estarán ahí para ti y Eric te tratará bien.
