I have been Jazzercising for a very long time and love how it keeps me connected with today's hit songs. It has definitely changed with the times. This location has a wonderful family atmosphere and the instructors are always careful to give both the light side and the heavy side to the routines. You get a great cardio workout followed by some intense body sculpting routines - sometimes with weights. For those who don't want to go to the floor, there is usually a standing version of the routines. Everyone is friendly and encouraging as we all work up a sweat.
Jazzercise has been in business more than 50 years and consistently gets the highest ratings as an exercise program. The Jazzercise North Center has excellent instructors and classes all week. The patrons are friendly and supportive. Great place! Fun way to be fit!!
Fun workouts with friendly teachers and fellow students. No dance skills required. They give great modifications for low impact or high impact versions. Classes combine cardio and strength portions so it makes great overall body workout. Just come ready to have fun and dance away your stressful day.
Came in for a class with Lisa B while in town for the holidays. Loved my workout! Definitely worth checking out this studio if you’re looking to try a new workout class in the new year.
Awesome place and great location! It’s not a chore to go workout when you’re having a good time! Friendly faces and positive attitudes are what really make this a fun place to work on those fitness goals. Instructors are personable, and encouraging! The workouts are always varied everyday with the latest moves and set to the hottest tunes.
