They seem to always have just what I need. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. And delivery and setup always goes off without a hitch! One of my top go to for nice home furnishings!
First off, I was very impressed that this is a Christian family. That means more to me than anything because you know you will get honest people and reasonable prices . When you first enter into the furniture store you are greeted with a smile and Immediate service to help with your needs and concerns. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. I have, and will continue to recommend JB furniture to my friends and family.
If i could give the more than 5 stars i would. They helped me with an idea for my living room and had exactly what i wanted after going to 4 different stores . I love how they don’t pressure you to buy or walk with you throughout the entire store like other places ! They were so nice I’m so happy with my purchase and will be coming back.
We recently relocated to Milwaukee and needed a loveseat. It was easy to pick one out using JB’s website but we decided to go look in person as well. The store was staged with many sets and had quality pieces throughout. We ended up ordering our original find right in store and they delivered it in just a few days. The delivery team was quick and friendly (even though the piece was HEAVY). I highly recommend JB’s furniture and can attest that you will be pleased with the experience at this family-operated shop.
Worked with Josh on getting a new chaise. Overall had a great experience. He was super easy to work with and helped us get the chair brought to the store for us to try. Setting up delivery the next day was very smooth and we will definitely be doing business here again the next time we are looking for furniture.
