I recently took my Hyundai Getz in to J&D Quality Smash Repairs after a trade's ute reversed into it and gouged a hole in the front panel and bonnet. They did an excellent job on the repair, and finished earlier than expected. Their customer service focus was evident in every interaction I had with them. All staff were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful. They explained everything clearly and put me in contact with a great hire car service - which really streamlined the process and took a lot of the hassle out of the accident repair process. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Everyone who works there are super kind. From the admin staff to the staff on the floor. Each person I spoke to were so kind. I needed a hire car and they arranged one for me free of charge.
