We took our vehicle to JDS to have repairs made to the hatch door and window. They said the repairs would take a week to complete, but only took 3 days. They provided transportation to/from our home, the service people were friendly, and our vehicle was returned ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!
This place by far has exceeded my expectations to the max, from front end staff to Dustin himself! From the moment I walked in I knew I came to the right place. Came in for an insurance claim and within a week tops my car was ready to go and honestly looked so much better than before the accident! Not only did they do such an amazing job with the repairs, they detailed my car on the inside and outside!! They kept me updated on my car the whole week I didn’t have it. The photos of my before and after will show you how much they actually cared about my car, just a night and day difference! MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR DUSTIN!!!!!
The best service of any kind I've had while living in Irving. The team was fast and super professional. My car was back a couple days early and it came in lower than the cost of the estimate. Yeah, this never happens. The next time you need a fender bender or major collision repair, this is the team. This is my very first online review BTW!
I would like to thank all the the staff at JDS Collision Repair for repairing my vehicle when no one else would. I have an older vehicle and other shops refused to fix it. I went to a couple of shops for estimates and was told at Toyota of Irving that pretty much my car was a total loss and could not work on it, and also never received an estimate back from Payne's Collision which they told me I would get by email and never did. But yes I want to especially Thank Dustin and James for taking the time and helping me out and for making a baby pretty again when no one else would.
I had a great experience with JDS Collision! Their customer support was outstanding from start to finish. They provided a detailed repair cost estimate for my collision damage, complete with plenty of pictures that helped me understand the extent of the work needed. I especially want to commend Cosme Solis, the estimator; he was professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout the process. It's rare to find such transparency and kindness in the auto repair industry. Highly recommend JDS Collision for anyone needing reliable and honest service!
