My dog, Henry, is a difficult patient. He alligator rolls, bites, and pees when anything is done to him. He needs to be sedated for his toenails to be clipped. The staff have handled him so well, through his nail trims, a cancer removal, and check ups. They are always friendly and supportive. The vets will actually call and take time to explain options or summarize the visit. The techs always call to check on him. I love the staff here.

Opal and I love our vet! She's a 16 year old cat and getting her needs taken care of in a professional and timely manner is something we've come to appreciate from this vet and we couldn't thank them enough for their kindness and compassion!

Military Vet Here Took my dog (Sgt-Canon 3mths old) to them on 08-29-2025 around 2pm. I did not know I needed to make an appointment first, yet staff members & doctors saw him anyway. Guess I was lucky & caught them at a slow hour. Everything was Clean, Controlled, Respectful and All Staff Where Courteous, Attentive & Professional. Couldn't ask for anything more👍🏼👍🏼 Highly recommend set an appointment first and you will see for yourself.

A few friends recommended this place to us. The first thing we liked upon arrival was the no stress -wait in your car -check in. The hospital was clean and the staff was friendly. The vet techs were very very good with our dog who was nervous - they were calm and caring professionals . Dr. Schneider was warm and welcoming , she took time to talk with us , answer questions and to explain everything and made us feel at ease as this was our first visit . We are grateful to have found this place for the health and wellness of our dog . 5 stars !

I found this kitten that was abandoned in the Belleville cornfields (IL), it needed immediate attention as it was very dehydrated, ear mites, parasites and fleas. I am grateful the clinic was able to schedule an appointment right away, not like other places which told me a month, are you kidding me? She was never gonna make it. Jefferson AH were the only ones who understood my concerns and sense of urgency. At least the day I went the basic consultation is $60 and then add the medical expenses, out the door was $150ish or so. Contrary to other reviews, Arianna (I think that was her name), provided an itemized list, treatment w pricing BEFORE providing any care. The doctor I think is from India, very nice cool guy, very patient with me, he took the time to explain and answer all my questions. Front desk staff is lacking soft skills, but one has to be aware the place is always super busy, walk-ins, phone ringing, billing, last minute requests, so I do understand why they are black and white in customer service, get-in, get-out, next... All I wanted was to have them provide the medical care the kitten so dearly needed. What can I say? Ivy is stable, responding well to the medications. FYI, no military discount, it's a privilege, not a right, so am cool w that, just so you know. I do recommend the clinic, all my three cats have been seen by them; Chloe, Nala and now Ivy. Thank you
