The staff is very friendly, great with communication. I met with attorney Collins, who was very professional, friendly, and took time to answer all of my questions and concerns. His paralegal Crystal was amazing. She walked me through every single page during the signing process. It was a very pleasant experience considering I was there to plan my after death phase 🤣. My family has hired Jeff Burr’s firm through a couple of generations now, and I’m sure plenty more to come.
