The moment you walk into this place, the aroma just captures you and instantly puts you at ease. They have the convenience of bottled water either cold or room temperature. They have a couple of snacks such as granola bars and chocolates when you walk into the room the technician leaves you in and they’re so nice and it smells amazing. The whole experience of it I would have to Say it was absolutely amazing! Kathy was the technician who provided me with the service today and she was awesome. I’ve been to places where they just talk so much the whole time and I’m trying to relax, but she just chose her words and spoke very softly and not very often and she just focused on my Relaxation which Was awesome!!! I highly recommend this place and a Kathy!!!❤️❤️❤️
Rosa & Ella were the best they made our experience really relaxing. Me & my guests hair felt super soft & clean afterwards. The message was relaxing. The steam felt amazing and added to how calming the whole experience was & I especially enjoyed the foot bath while they dried my hair. Cant wait to come back next time. :-)
I went here alone for the first time and honestly had such a relaxing experience. The spa itself is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are clean, cozy, and well-prepared. My scalp is a bit sensitive, but the staff were super gentle and careful with every step. Nothing felt harsh or painful at all 🙇🏼♀️ they did an amazing job detoxing my scalp without any irritation or allergies 🥰 They even showed me the before-and-after of my scalp, and the difference was incredible!!!!!! everyone was so kind, professional, and made me feel really cared for. I paid $189 for the service, and honestly, it was totally worth it. I’m definitely coming back with my mom next time 💯🙏🏻
Ella was excellent and professional, I always walk away feeling relaxed and refreshed. It's amazing to see the before and after transformation in just one hour too. I plan to come here at least once a month to have a healthy and happy scalp. 10/10 experience.
🌟 Heavenly 90-Minute Head Spa Experience! 🌟 I booked a 90-minute head spa and it was one of the most relaxing, rejuvenating experiences I’ve had. Kelly, the receptionist, was so warm and welcoming she explained everything clearly from the start and made me feel at ease. The ambience was peaceful and calming. Be sure to ask for Hannah - she was incredibly sweet, explained every step, and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable. The back massage with hot stones and warm towels was amazing, and the head spa included a thorough scalp cleanse, shampoo, conditioning, and even a facial! While drying my hair, they treated me to a warm foot soak with rose petals - such a luxurious touch. They gently dried my hair about 70% and recommended letting the rest air-dry naturally, which felt refreshing and gentle on my hair. The water spray over my neck and hair during the treatment was another lovely detail that made the whole experience feel spa-like and soothing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for true pampering and relaxation! 💆♀️🌸🧖♀️
