I cannot say enough good things about Lauren. I could not have asked for an agent more committed to my sale or hoped for one so supportive and engaged in getting it done. Lauren rolled up her sleeves literally and led the process from the start, even when it became more complicated than expected. When the challenges involved the city and utilities she did the work to coordinate and get everything done. At each stage she always brought her insight and creative solutions to me to keep things moving, listened to my ideas and would always make what I wanted or needed happen. Throughout the process she felt more like a partner in the process than just an agent. She always went above and beyond and simply stated she was "just doing her job." I can't recommend her enough. If you have a transaction coming up you would be fortunate to have her on your side.
Jenn and her team at Compass – Alex, Ashley, Darius, and others – were fantastic throughout our condo purchase. They generously arranged plenty of showings, expertly negotiated an excellent price, and guided us through the closing process from start to finish. The Compass app was great for staying on top of the process, and Jenn’s deep connections across D.C. made a real difference. Jenn was friendly, communicative, and dependable at every step, and her contractor recommendations (a massive timesaver!) were reliable and high-quality. The team even helped us get settled in after move-in. The best in the DMV!
