I recently decided to sell some gold and had six potential buyers in mind. The first one advertised 'highest cash offers,' but their actual payout fell short. The second was a straight lowball clearly counting on sellers not knowing shit about the market. My third stop was Jersey City Gold Buyers, and the difference was night and day. Honestly, it makes me question some of the negative reviews I've seen on this page, many seem to come from people who may not fully understand how the gold market works or what fair pricing looks like in today's environment. TLDR: Mike is fair, honest and great to work with. Come here. I started coming to JC Gold Buyers last year looking to sell gold. I’ve sold to others previously and Mike truly gives the best deals. I then learned Mike also does custom projects, and I had a vintage solid gold ring that I wanted to add more sparkle to, but keep the same vintage vibe including preserving the shank of the ring. Gold isn’t cheap, but for the level of work that was put into overhauling my ring, I thought the price was fair. Not only did Mike deliver, but the final result exceeded my expectations and it definitely won’t be my last project. Thanks!
