So nice and professional. I came in with my watch that had water in it and they went over and beyond even polished it for me without me asking. Best part was the price 40 bucks! I usually avoid jewelers because my items aren’t high quality but they treated me like my item was just as worthy as anything else.
Can't say enough good things about the team at this jewellery shop. They have changed watch batteries & also done pressure tests, they've also fixed rings & bracelets for me, in record time, & at extremely reasonable prices. Their communication & service is impeccable. I wouldn't go anywhere else, & highly recommend them.
Easily the best jewellery repair store on the Coast. Happy to say have been a loyal customer for years, and for good reason. Daniel and Robert run a tight shop, work unbelievably hard and put customer satisfaction as a priority. Their repairs and or products are nothing but stellar every time and they are clearly professionals at the top of their game. Could not recommend more!
Hands down the best value Jeweller's not just in Burleigh, but on the face of the earth for all manner of services from Jewellery Restoration and Repairs to Watch Battery supply and installation to custom made jewellery including engagement rings! This family owned business are the best at what they do, are in a highly sort after location, yet their prices are unbelievably good. I'd give them 7 stars if I could I actually just spent 30 minutes writing up an even more spectacular, more detailed review when it mysteriously disappeared on me Felt so strongly about giving these guys a huge shout out for all they have done for me and the people I have referred to them, that I rewrote this shortened version. Use Jewellery on James! You won't be disappointed! Tell your family and your friends!
I cannot recommend highly enough . I wanted a very sentimental ring redesigned . The ring was too large to wear so Robert and Daniel came up with several options . I am beyond thrilled to now have two rings and earrings out of the one ring all now wearable . This family run business is the only place to go if you want professional people who truly care about creating beautiful pieces of jewellery . So much so they are now redesigning a ring for our daughter out of her grandmothers ring .
