They resized my great great grandma's engagement ring back down to it's smaller size and restored it to its original metal type, instead of mixed. It's gorgeous, and I couldn't be happier! When I came into the store I was looking for a new setting for the diamond in my 30 year old wedding ring. After looking at what they had in stock, and not finding the perfect option, Elizabeth helped me design a custom ring within my budget. I had upgraded the stone in my wedding ring about 25 years ago. I decided I wanted to use both stones and add an additional stone to create a 3 stone setting with 2 matching channel set bands. Elizabeth suggested a single ring that looks like 3 rings. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I am extremely happy with the results and I love my new ring.
I recently purchased a ring here after looking at over 5 other local shops. These guys were the most personable, helpful, kind and understanding out of them all. There is a reason I went with them. They had the best included warrantys that make the amount of money you spend safe and secure. These guys were willing to go above and beyond to get what I wanted and not what they wanted to sell me. Which separated them from everyone else. I would highly recommend them. They knew me by name 3 different times I came in. Incredible customer service along with being fun and having the best options for great prices. Quincy helped me through my purchase and he was amazing. Funny, personable, caring, understanding. I wanted to do something special with my husband's wedding ring. He passed away in 2024 from cancer. I envisioned a angel wing and saw one similar at Jewelry Design Center. Thomas (designer) was so helpful in knowing exactly what I was wanting to do and also shared some great ideas. I also had them repair and clean my wedding ring. It was a wonderful experience and they treat the customer with all class. Thank you! 💛
