I called to see if I could use a gift card that expired 10 days ago and was told no, that there was no way possible that they could scan it! Has customer service changed that much! I used to work in retail and allowances were made, and there were ways to “scan out” or adjust a total. Shame a local business does not want to help out in this unfortunate circumstance! Missed opportunity to get more business.
I’ve been shopping at Jewels since she first opened in Village Shopping Center! Suzy has always been involved in the business and helps anytime I just “have to have something”. Suzy is certain to offer superior customer service with her personable staff. They all know you by name and know what looks best on you and help you choose the most flattering pieces. And of course the accessories and candles are a must!
My favorite store in CC! Every time I go down and visit, I always make sure to stop in. They’ve made my shopping experience every time feel like greeting old friends, and in this pandemic I feel safe shopping here because they aren’t afraid to take proper precautions. Best selection of clothes and accessories, and their sales are AMAZING. Can’t beat 75% off tables! Love the Jewel’s girls 😍
I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Jewels! The staff was incredibly friendly and they had a wonderful selection of cute clothes, bags, and shoes. I also followed them on instagram and they post great sales. One of the best stores in Corpus Christi!
Mi primera vez entrando a esta tienda; había querido ir a esta tienda, pero nunca había tenido tiempo hasta hoy. Me sentí completamente incómodo porque nos estaban siguiendo como si fuéramos a robar algo. Hice que mi hija se diera prisa para elegir su atuendo. No sugeriría ir a esta tienda si eres de una raza diferente. Por el acoso que recibirás. No puedes disfrutar de ir de compras... y a mí me encanta ir de compras!! No lo disfruté ni un solo momento!! Mi hija también estaba molesta porque se dio cuenta de que los vestidos estaban hechos para niñas blancas y pequeñas.
