I was contacted by Jiffy Lube International to rectify an issue I had with the Veterans day 50% off special. There was confusion over the participation with this site being apart of that promotion. They do offer a 15% percent everyday discount for Veterans with proof of service. When you receive the work estimate make sure any discount is added before they start work. At this time I will accept the gracious offer from Jiffy Lube International. Actual work was quickly and I seemed to have developed an oil leak.
It was organized and quick. Would be efficient if the appointment is allowed. Had to wait aroubd 30-40 minutes. Just one concern is seeing all the teenagers working on my vehicle. Hope they are trained good and take the job seriously.
Just finished an oil change and have brought several vehicles in this place. They showed me my cabin filter and told them I will not change it. Driving about 2 blocks away and my glove compartment falls off. At least put it back just the way you found it. Yes, I did not want the service but you don't have to be like this to a long time customer. Look at my history of how many vehicles I have brought here. Sorry you just lost one.
I wish there was an option of negative stars. Please avoid this place. I recently had an oil change and within a mile my transmission went crazy. I was in the middle of the freeway and then I noticed that these cheaters hadn't changed the oil at all. Upon complaining the district manager and the team was rude and wasn't listening at all. It all costed me $500 more from my pocket as they weren't ready ti refund.
It was my first time at this location and I had a very bad experience. I had a couple of services done over the weekend and other staff members (Gerald) were friendly and helpful, but the manager Eric was unprofessional, dismissive, and even disrespectful which is unacceptable for someone in his position. After I paid, he couldn’t be bothered to answer a couple of questions and even low key mocked me. He did this in front of his staff, which is worse. Good customer service is harder to find these days and managers should lead by example. As someone in management I know how detrimental this can be for a business. Do better, Eric.
