The staff at the car wash is highly commendable for their helpful, cheerful, and appreciative demeanor, even in the most frigid temperatures of the year. The car wash itself is adequate and effectively removed all the salt. However, it is the exceptional service provided by the staff that truly sets this establishment apart. Thank you!
Terrible car wash. If you want to pay a ton of money to get your car scratched and barely cleaned at all, this is your spot. I paid $15, literally almost my whole car didn't get cleaned, rims, undercarriage, and certain parts of the doors not touched at all. Also, the brushes were extremely tough on the car, you can literally hear it scratching your paint. I would recommend Scrub a dub, pit stop, or zippy, where you can get an actual good wash for ATLEAST 50% less. I will never be back here again....Also, I never leave reviews, so know how bad it must have been to make me go out my way to write this.
The employees are friendly. I wanted to give this place another shot despite being unimpressed by the pricing and results last time. This is how the front of my vehicle came out after dropping $25. The sides were left with a white cast. For better pricing and results, I'll be sticking with Pit Stop in future.
Start coming to this place in Brookfield and then I found one in Glendale that was closer also they have towels available – why air freshener give it to you now when you go to Home location downtown you have to ask for Dash Wife the things that I’m paying for with Services not being provided and the stack your soul childish and that’s not paying for this is not a cheap service, but I expect to have the towels available. I still have to go run to our office to find towel or things like that when I’m trying to just dry my car and wash my car so I will be canceling my subscription with them . Also, my car gonna be clean and I got four customer service too many young people up there and like nobody if you have two care
I went there this morning and had the car cleaned and salt removed. I choose almost everything car wash. I'm disappointed that the soap was still on the car after exiting the wash and the back windshield was still dirty to the point I had to use windshield washing before leaving. Also the wash included heat dry I was waiting for the exit wash sign to come on however the employee instructed me to exit before the sign came on, therefore the car was not dry. If the sign is not working it needs to be fixed
