Jim’s services gave helped me on several computers and he always goes extra mile to set up the computers just right. Jim is awesome! I was able to have my issues resolved quickly. My old laptop stopped working and he was able to sell me a much newer Dell laptop for a very reasonable price. He coped all my photos and files from my old laptop. I told him the pictures were very important to me and he made sure I had all of them. He is a very kind hearted person. I went to Jim's Services, not realizing it was a private residence. I called from my car to ask if I could come without an appointment. Jim graciously met me outside in his garage, had my laptop fixed in 10 minutes and charged a very reasonable price. I will be recommending him to all my friends and will definitely return to him when I need any further assistance.
Got a great deal on a Dell with a i7 6700. He did a really good job cleaning it as well as you can see in the picture. I was even able to update it to Windows 11. Highly recommend Jim.
