I’ve been seeing Erin for laser hair removal Brazilian and underarms for over a year now, & she is truly amazing. She’s incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and caring. She even gives me helpful recommendations to keep my bikini line looking flawless. Erin always has such a positive attitude, & you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She’s quick, efficient, & makes every appointment as comfortable as possible. I especially appreciate how she talks you through the process to help distract you from the pain…it really works! Great job, Erin. You’re awesome!
I have not been to the spa to receive services (I am sure they are great), but I met a rep from Jiva at an event and was very disappointed with the experience. The rep said they were selling mystery bags for $20. She hyped them up saying they were worth way more than $20 and that it contained skincare. After I purchased one and went home, I opened the bag to find the only skincare inside was a sample size (which is free!!!!). I added a picture of the items inside the bag (headband, guasha, mirror, ring light, and sample size skin care). I’m pretty sure these are mostly free items the medspa gets from vendors. Overall, I felt like an idiot for falling for this scam and losing my money. It me with a bad taste for how they handle customer satisfaction, so I will not be going to Jiva for services.
I have had the pleasure of receiving full body laser hair removal treatment from Erin Butler for almost a year now. She is very informative and always makes sure I am comfortable during my appointments. Not only that, she is a great conversationalist and works very diligently with me. I am always excited for my upcoming appointments because the staff provides a comfortable and accepting environment for anyone who walks through their doors. Whatever treatment you’re looking for, I highly recommend going to the Jiva Med Spa!
Tisha has been working on removing 3 of my tattoos for a while now. She does an amazing job! The entire experience from when you walk in the door is seamless. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable in each of their specialties. I had a horrible tattoo removal experience prior to using Jiva Med Spa. So I’m extremely thankful I found them :)
I am only 6 sessions in for a full tattoo sleeve removal and have had significant fading. It’s gone in some areas! Tisha does a great job and it is so nice. Initially when I started, I didn’t know what to expect. She set expectations and answered questions I had outside of our appointments. Also, I paid one fee for unlimited sessions. You truly have no idea how many you will need. I had visited a few places but this was the best option cost wise. Most have packages. For an entire sleeve, having unlimited is great. Lastly, the office staff has been amazing. They are always kind and so easy to work with. They are very fast to respond to emails. Thank you!
