But don’t worry if you don’t — they’ll create one for you. Eight years earlier, our other daughter was married, so this was not our first rodeo. We knew what we liked — and what we didn’t — so our expectations were extremely high. Let’s start with what my wife and I consider the most valuable quality in a wedding planner: communication. Jodi and her staff were available to us 24/7, always ready to listen, answer questions, and offer honest, thoughtful advice. Their responsiveness and professionalism were unmatched. Jodi’s list of vendors is truly first-class. She’ll help you stay within budget while surrounding you with a dream team — from photography and flowers to lighting, music, stationery, venues, and rentals. Everyone worked together seamlessly, all focused on one goal: making our night magical. We were fortunate to host our wedding at the Omni Seaport Hotel, and Jodi’s familiarity with the venue and staff made the entire process effortless. From booking rooms to coordinating catering, she navigated every detail flawlessly. Her precision with timelines ensured that everything ran smoothly — no surprises, no stress. When 6:30 p.m. arrived, we were rehearsed, prepared, and ready to go. We chose not to see the ceremony room or the ballroom until “showtime,” wanting to experience it for the first time alongside our guests. Our expectations were sky-high, and yet we were blown away. As we walked our daughter down the aisle, the room was pure magic. That feeling only grew when we entered the ballroom — my wife and I actually paused in awe just to take it all in. Cuando nuestra hija decidió casarse en Boston (vivimos en Maryland), lo primero que hicimos fue investigar planificadores de fiestas.
