This facility is great. Very professional and always keeping you updated of the repairs progress. I would use them again if needed. My car was fixed quick with original parts. It looks like new. Great job Joe Hudson team. Keep it up !!
First time customer and I was skeptical about my experience but Joe did an amazing job making sure not only my vehicle being taken care of but also making sure the communication on my vehicle repair and eta be updated once a week. The technician who I was informed of loved working on Silverados and the model Trial boss that made me feel much more confident in making sure it would be overlooked properly. My vehicle was looking brand new and no complaints to be made here!. I had an awesome team work on my vehicle I left with the biggest smile just like the day I bought her.
This shop is absolutely amazing from the customer service all the way to the quality of work done. After someone backed into my bumper I had to choose a repair shop to do the work and I am so happy I chose this one. Jim made the process so easy and was so informative along the way… he provided me suggestions on what I should do and allowed me to make my decisions from there. He went above and beyond with my repair, replacing the whole front end and both headlights, and also having them do a paint job that matched perfectly to the paint that’s been on the car for years. They even had a Toyota certified technician working on my car. Also the repair was extremely fast, I dropped the car off Tuesday and by Friday afternoon it was already done. My car looks the best it has ever looked, even better than when I first bought it. I want to thank not only Jim but the whole team at Joe Hudson’s for their friendliness, quality of work, and the fact that they return your car to you clean. They definitely have a lifetime customer out of me.
