I was so happy to find this jeweler who carried a Swiss watch battery that no other jeweler I visited had on hand. I saw several jewelry pieces that were gorgeous!
Todd is the man!!!! Personable, goofy, and very knowledgeable. He custom made my NOW fiancé a BEAUTIFUL ring. He made a breathtaking lab grown diamond and on the band had real diamonds with white gold. Couldn’t have asked for a better end result. Every time he told me something would be ready, he’d finish it before that date. There’s a reason they’ve been open for so many years!!
I was amazed with the service and craftsmanship of the ring I bought. Todd communicated very well and built the exact ring I was looking for at a great price. He went above and beyond, delivering the ring to me in order to work around my schedule! Thanks to everyone involved in the process. Had quite the shock when my dog decided that my wife’s engagement ring looked like a nice treat. He absolutely mangled it, leaving a bent mess and a stone that was completely separated from its setting. With very little hope, I brought it to Johantgen to see what options we had and expected to be told it was a lost cause. SO happy to report that they were able to go above and beyond my expectations. Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable as they walked me through the repair process and the final results were incredible. This thing looks brand new and it fits right back on her finger perfectly. Fairly priced and fast service. Thankful to have a shop like this in the neighborhood!
