My wife and I have been coming here for a long time, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. It is a wonderful family business, and the entire team is consistently kind, professional, and incredibly helpful every time we walk through the door. On our most recent visit, we brought in several items for resizing—including a couple of rings, a bracelet, and a watch. As always, the craftsmanship was top-notch and the service was seamless. It is rare to find a business that maintains such a high level of care and attention to detail over many years. Whether you need some work done or a significant purchase, you are in great hands here!

I came in to get my earring fixed as I spent hours trying to do it myself and couldn’t do it. Steven got it done for me in a few minutes and didn’t even ask for payment, said it was an easy fix. Incredible customer service and hearing how the other employees are dealing with the other customers in here it sounds like it’s a core value for these guys, people are well taken care of. Will always be coming to this spot anything jewellery related because of this. Thank you Steven!

This family owned business has been in the community for many years. As soon as I walked in the door, I was met with warmth and welcomed by one of the sons. I then met John who again has an old fashioned style of taking the time to welcome you, answer questions and show patience. I was very pleased with the service and care they took with my mother’s ring. I will return as a repeat customer. Great location/great service.

I have been going to John Anthony jewellers for over 30 years and they have always impressed me. I have had a few rings uniquely designed there and they are my favourite pieces of jewellery. All of the sales people are courteous and professional. I recommend John Anthony’s wholeheartedly!
