John David Jewelers were fantastic to work with! I came in for a loose stone in my wedding band and a few watches that were in need of repair/new batteries, and they were so helpful in educating me about my pieces and the maintenance needed on them. They repaired and cleaned my pieces in a few short minutes while I waited and browsed their collections. I will definitely be back!
My wife Flower and I have been regular customers of John David Jewelers for several years. They are currently working on creating 2 exquisite custom made rings for my wife and I. John David Jewelers are not the traditional or conventional jewelry store. They are master craftsmen and true artisans. If you can imagine or envision a unique or distinctive ring, necklace, etc, John David Jewelers can and will make it happen. The quality of their work is exceptional and they stand behind everything they sell. We have always found their pricing to be fair and reasonable.
John David was recommended to us by another jeweler in town to help with resizing a new watch. They helped make sure the fit was just right and replaced another watch’s battery all for a reasonable price. Even cleaned my other jewelry for free! We will be back!
My husband and I had the most incredible experience buying my husband’s wedding band and having my wedding ring made at John David Jewelers. David was so generous with his time and spent a very long time talking to us about the details of ring making, even before we had committed to working with him (and his incredible customer service, along with the beautiful examples of prior rings, was why we decided to work with him). For my husband, the team helped us figure out exactly what he wanted and had the ring ready for us very promptly. For me, David made a custom ring that perfectly captured everything I was hoping for in terms of design. He walked us through every step of the process and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the ring. I am so blown away with the end result and can’t wait to wear my ring out and about! It is the perfect ring for me, and such a beautiful marker of our wedding. I can’t recommend enough working with John David Jewelers!
