this lawyer is amazing, he took the time out to help me with a family situation, and it was out of his scope of practice due to elder care, but he took the time to listen to my story and referred me to a great lawyer, I would definitely use him if he could have helped me but unfortunately it was outside of his scope of practice and he was honest enough to tell me that and refer me to somebody else but nonetheless I was on the phone with him for 15 minutes and then he decided that he couldn't handle it and was gracious enough to send me to somebody else and I will tell you as a business owner not many attorneys are willing to do that 5 stars
Mr. Sholly was great! He was always kind and helpful!! Whenever I had a question about something he always responded back! And my divorce was quick and easy I defiantly would recommend him to anyone!!
John is a great attorney he also represented me years back helping me gain full custody of my son. At a time it was almost impossible to do in court Tennessee being a mother state but it also takes you as a client to attend to the requirements of the court in a timely manner. He's a very good attorney that is honest compassionate and very knowledgeable with the laws. He knows how to handle court procedures in a very respectful manner and is a truthful lawyer which is hard to find anymore. Thank you John for being decided to helping people at some of the hardest times of their lives.
As a former Child Support Magistrate, I had the opportunity to observe John Sholly in the courtroom for many years, as he practiced regularly in Child Support Court. He was consistently punctual, professional, and respectful. He conducted himself as a gentleman and represented his clients effectively. As an attorney, I refer people to him because I trust that he will advise and represent them well.
John T Sholly is a wonderful attorney! In 2012 he helped us get unsupervised visits with our daughter. He is respectful and professional! He will do what needs to be done to meet the needs of his clients. If he is unable to he will let you know straight up. We would highly recommend him to anyone who ask.
