I came into Johnson's Custom jewelry to see about getting my ring fixed. My ring was fixed and ready in a timely manner, Very affordable too! My ring was also cleaned which I didn't expect. Incredible customer service, friendly staff (all of them!), and reasonable prices. They even put my daughter's favorite necklace (now repaired and better than new) in a fancy box for her birthday! I don't buy much jewelry, but I'll be back the next time I do.

The team at Johnson’s is the very best in Spokane. They’re kind, thoughtful, attentive to detail and incredibly talented. They transformed our existing engagement rings into redesigned custom wedding rings by adding Montana Sapphire solitaires in custom bezels. They also inscribed our handwriting in each other's’ rings. And they did all this in a matter of days! The idea and vision was entirely theirs—I was looking for something custom and meaningful and they planned the whole thing. I am so grateful to their team! I will be buying jewelry and gifts from them for a long time!
