Amazing team and amazing service! I’ve been coming to JONCEN PHI Salon for about a year now, and I’ve had the privilege of getting my hair done by multiple stylists. Every single one of them is talented, welcoming, and professional. I’ve never been to a place where I felt I could truly trust people with my hair like I do here. Annie cut my hair today and did an amazing job! What I really love about the stylists here is that they take the time to listen, make you feel comfortable, and always deliver results you can feel confident about. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service and an even better team!
Went in to get my hair cut and styledwith Annie. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the style I had wanted. It was such an amazing experience and I haven’t felt this great about a haircut in a long time. 10/10
Annie is amazing! She cut my hair today and did an incredible job blending my shorter layers with my longer hair. The cut added so much fullness and movement, and everything flows together perfectly, exactly what I was hoping for but didn’t quite know how to explain. She really knows what she’s doing, listens carefully, and clearly has a great eye for shape and balance. On top of that, she’s warm, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience feel effortless. I walked out loving my hair and feeling confident. If you’re looking for a stylist who truly gets it, Annie is absolutely the one. Highly recommend.
This is my favorite salon. It has one of the warmest, most welcoming atmospheres I’ve experienced, and I’ve been to many. The stylists are fabulous and the staff are competent and friendly. Being a regular only adds to why I keep coming back. I always leave loving my hair—thank you!
Like many other reviewers, I needed to find a new, quality salon. I chose JONCEN Phi based on the positive reviews. Sadly, my experience with Adam turned out to not be positive. I agree that he is very talented with color. My color was very good. He fell short on treating me with respect. First he made decisions about my hair without discussion or consultation with me. This made it difficult for me to trust him.Then when he began to dry my hair he kept saying" If you want it darker, we can do that." I responded by saying, "Is it still blond? He got very defensive and then said, " If you don't like the color, you don't have to come back here". I then said , "I actually like the color , I just don't like what you just said to me." He then said he wasn't disrespecting me and I said that is exactly what you did. He then rushed me out of the salon without fully styling my hair. How sad that my search needs to start again. I would caution new clients. Adam is not very personable.
