Called JonLe for emergency service for my furnace. They responded immediately. The technician Matt did a great job. He quickly figured out what was wrong and got it fixed. He helped me understand what happened and what my options were to keep our furnace working. Very much appreciated.

I have had our furnace/heat pump check-ups and service done by JonLe (merged with Tri-County) for over 20 years and counting. From the HVAC installers (2/3 units replaced over these years). I have my summer and winter services BOTH done annually, using your Annual Service Agreement. Many of my services have been performed by Technical Engineer Steve and he has "ALWAYS" done professional jobs. He's great at trouble shooting, explaining and a "GREAT ASSET" to the JonLe Company; great skilled professional people with people skills is always a plus for any Company. I have recommended JonLe to family and friends that have also had great experiences. From Dave, Dennis, etc who installed my latest HVAC unit in recent years unit to Steve you have quality experienced staff. Again, Steve is a GREAT asset to your Company and one reason, I have continued service with JonLe; and recommended your Company to family and friends. Other HVAC services constantly are trying to expand their business with less expensive deals, etc. but I have remained a satisfied loyal customer; feel very comfortable that our HVAC system is always in top condition. Great experience. I called Jonle because the previous owner of the home had their maintenance done through them, and figured if anyone would know my furnace it would be them. The tech (Tim Feldman) called roughly 30 minutes before arrival. He was friendly and was able to diagnose the issue with my furnace quickly and able to explain to me what was wrong and what the fix was. He was able to get my furnace running properly quickly, which is a life saver during the winter!
Replacing an entire HVAC system is incredibly stressful. Not just because of the cost, but also the fear of being taken advantage of or making a really bad situation even worse. Our experience with JonLe, however, could not have been better. We would gladly give this review 10 stars if we could. First, Frank (a former installer now in sales) and our lead installer, Jared, have been with the company for 30 and 16 years respectively. Their experience showed immediately from the first visit. They pointed out simple improvements to the water line for the humidifier plus the ductwork with ways to increase airflow that have already made a huge difference in the performance of the new system. The price, warranty, and service agreement were all better than the four other Cincinnati companies we spoke with. JonLe also offered the most favorable financing terms on a new Carrier system, along with helpful information about a tax credit we can claim before the end of 2025. The best part of the entire experience was the installation by Jared and Sam. It took three days because they took their time and did things right. I’ve included photos of their craftsmanship. Thank you for turning a VERY stressful situation into a much easier one. Both in terms of the final product and the cost. You truly exceeded our expectations.
