The owner is by far one of the nicest people I have ever met. There was no pressure, no haggles. Clean store and did not brag one bit about anything. Offered me a great price and asked if it was fair. More than fair. Will most definitely return to this store.
I had a custom ring designed by Jordan Clines, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. From the initial consultation with Tabitha, to the finished piece. The ring is absolutely stunning and unique. They are very friendly people. Jordan and Tabitha were very easy to deal with and very intuitive with what I was looking to do, that made it an unbelievable experience. I highly recommend Jordan Clines. We will definitely be going back there again.
I had an antique ring that I wanted to sell and my experience at Jordan Clines was absolutely wonderful. They were patient and took the time to explain the process to us, were very transparent in how they came up with the value of the ring and Jordan was generous with the offer. Not once did I feel pressured to make any decisions in the moment. I had tried another jeweler/buyer and the experience at Jordan Clines doesn't even compare. We were treated with respect, honesty, and kindness. I can't recommend them enough.
I went in there today for the first time. After 17 years of marriage, (and a few after the divorce), I had finally given up my ring. They were incredibly nice, respectful and accepting.
