JS Flowers delivered truly top-tier customer service. I called yesterday to place a same-day delivery order for my mother and spoke with a woman named Harper, who I believe is one of their floral designers. She was incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful throughout the entire process. Harper reassured me that the arrangement would be delivered before my mother left the office—and she kept her word. My mother absolutely loved the floral arrangement. I’m extremely grateful for the excellent service and beautiful work. I will definitely be using JS Flowers again!
