My Cadillac touchscreen froze, and the dealership quoted me $1,600. I called J Sound Shop and spoke with Francisco, who suggested I order the part online for $132 and Pay for installation a reasonable cost. Then I spoke with Louis, who fit me in same day. Great service, friendly team, in and out quickly—saved me hundreds. Highly recommend!

Big shoutout to J Sound and Louis for the awesome setup! Louis hooked me up with a Kicker PT250 powered subwoofer and the NVX wiring kit — and let me tell you, the difference is unreal. The bass hits clean and deep without drowning out the music, and everything was installed professionally and tuned just right. Appreciate the attention to detail and customer service — Louis made sure everything was safe for my Jeep Compass and explained the settings clearly. If you want quality sound, solid gear, and real knowledge behind it — go to J Sound and ask for Louis. Highly recommend!
Return customer with nothing but great things to say. I went in to get a remote start and was met it very nice people. They were very informative and gave me many options to choose from. Walked out with exactly what I wanted. They also helped with troubleshooting and everything turned out great, I will definitely be returning in the near future!
