I booked my daughter’s birthday party here and it was fantastic. The party took place on a Saturday afternoon and the venue was extremely busy. Earlier in the week, the team contacted me to go through party details and advised arriving a little earlier for check-in due to how busy it would be, which I really appreciated. Our party organiser Lucy, was absolutely brilliant. She efficiently checked all the children in, took their food orders, and ensured parents completed the waivers. The children then watched a safety video before heading into the jump zone. There was a small mix-up with our reserved party table in the café, but this was quickly sorted. Lucy took all of the party items upstairs to the party room and kept me well informed about timings and what was happening throughout. All of the children loved their food, and the party room itself was spacious and clean. Overall, it was a great venue and all of the children had an amazing time. Lucy is a real asset to the team. She is polite, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She even lined up the children’s shoes before we left so they didn’t have to rummage through the bucket to find them. If I had one small negative, it would be the parking. Although there appears to be a large car park, it doesn’t seem sufficient for how busy the venue gets. I was glad I arrived early, as it took some time to find a space.
Took my children here and they thoroughly enjoyed it, so much to do, and their faces said it all, clean and tidy friendly and helpful staff will definitely be back.
We took our grandkids recently and they loved it. So much to do, we barely saw them the whole time we were there. Will definitely go back.
what a fantastic way to spend an evening with friends, you are never too old to bounce on it 🫶 big shout out to jimmy and jamie who provided an excellent safety briefing and made sure we stayed safe and had fun throughout the entire session !! BDILTB (boy do i love to bounce) 🏃♀️😜 also the caramel slices, biscoff editions and rocky road are banging, i might return just for the sweet treats amen 🙏
