We used Jumping Jacks hire in January for our daughters 5th birthday at the University of Ulster Jordanstown campus. Lee was brilliant to deal with, quick booking and communication was very prompt, especially in reaponse to queries. Arrived early on the day to set up and the guys were very efficient in doing so. The bouncy castles were great and I would have no hesitation to use Lee again. Have recommended to friends already.
Huge thanks from NI Youth Forum for coming through last minute with inflatable Christmas grotto and all the decor. Great communication, super helpful staff and brilliant service from start to finish. Everything looked class and really made the day for the young people. Would 100% recommend!

Their team delivered a highly professional service, providing a wide range of inflatable entertainment, including an assault course, unicorn bouncy castle, softplay area, bungee run, disco dome, 10ft inflatable slide, inflatable basketball and axe throwing games. The bouncy castles were a particular highlight for children, while the inflatable games offered broad appeal and were actively enjoyed by attendees of all ages. The sumo suits proved especially popular with younger guests, adding an extra layer of fun. In response to a last-minute request, Jumping Jacks even provided gazebos—showcasing flexibility and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Their staff were courteous, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure the day ran smoothly.
