Excellent communication and integrity from start to finish. I had a very positive experience working with Hanieh during my first experience buying a home. From the outset, communication was excellent - she was consistently responsive, easy to reach, and quick to return calls, even outside of standard hours. She was approachable and happy to answer any questions I had, and proactively followed up with parties who were only reachable during office hours, which made the process much smoother. I also appreciated how she helped mediate the communications between buyer and seller where needed. I found her to be very reliable - discussions and agreements were handled clearly, and what was agreed to was honoured without any last-minute changes or surprises. During periods that were understandably stressful as a first home buyer, she remained calm, reassuring, and professional, which made a real difference to my confidence throughout the process. Overall, Hanieh came across as genuine, hardworking, and attentive, and I felt well supported throughout the entire process as a first home buyer. I recently sold my apartment off-market with Gabriel and his associate, George. The experience was exceptional from start to finish.
