One of my favorite shops! They have so many items from home decor/crafts/clothing/shoes/furniture etc. I have enjoyed every single time I have gone! I always walk out with a bag full of stuff.
I have to say this is by far my favorite thrift store in Bakersfield. Very good layout and organized. Items are not overpriced and seem to be in very good condition. The atmosphere is very welcoming and makes shopping there a pleasureble experience. All of the staff are very nice and I always round up my sale to benefit their charity work.
This place is listed as a charity shop for mission work, but their behavior is certainly not very Christian. They follow you around like you're stealing; this store is in a rough side of town, but a true Christian doesn't judge others. I came in today and the woman staging furniture told me I can't lean any items on the furniture, because it hurts their sales; I was deciding which clothing pieces to purchase and had a few items laying on the top of a chair. She was very rude and condescending about it. This store has its product over-priced and it's all donations, to contribute to their so-called Christian goals. If you're so worried about your sales, then make things affordable since this is a thirft store, and people shopping here may be in need. I was planning on spending 150.00 in this trip and I put everything back; I dont need to spend my money where the customer is not valued. I shop here regularly this made me feel so unwelcome in this store; my friends who were with me were so embarrassed and also put their items back without purchasing. We will find a new place to shop on the weekends. Terrible customer service.
This a fantastic place to find great thrift store deals! I recently dropped in and was helped and assisted by the friendly staff. Located a wonderful, used French Provincial table to match some fifty year old furniture . I located a vintage Provincial table ! What a find and the price was very reasonable . The people that work here are very helpful people. I highly recommend this Thrift store
The customer service here was excellent they had a lot of good deals and on Wednesday they have half-price on a lot of things I was very surprise I know how much inventory they go through. To day I spent about 40$ for a ceiling fan,40 coffee cups, set silverware,and some led lights.
