Last minute in our move out process it was clear we needed a junk removal company and I went online to find someone that could get the job done the next day. I stumbled across Junk Rescue 911 because they were located in Gilroy and I’m in San Martin. They were able to come out at 9:30 am the next day (I had called in the late afternoon- so this was impressive and helpful!). I believe the owner was the one to come remove the remaining junk from our backyard. Moving out is a stressful process and I was not having a wonderful morning but the man that came to help was so kind and helpful. I cannot recommend Junk Rescue 911 enough. They made what was a stressful situation so much better! 12/10 recommend!

John has provided 5 star service four times for our business and at our home. He listens well, makes great suggestions, works ultra efficiently, and cleans up after the works is completed. He has gone well beyond our expectations and we whole heartedly recommend him. He has been the consummate professional and is well spoken. A genuine nice guy. My partner, Janice and I are so pleased with their service. John texted when he was coming. He even texted and asked if he could come early which was great! The hot tub was removed in an hour. One of the things I noticed and was happy about is that they are very neat and cleaned up as they went! I would recommend them.

Our property is over 10,000 sq ft front to back — and Junk Rescue 911 did a full yard cleanup & hauled away junk left behind by previous occupants in 2 working days.
