I’ve had such a great experience training with Jye. He’s an excellent personal trainer who really knows how to push you in the best way while still being supportive and motivating -especially when I didn’t feel like working out 😩 We set a specific strength goal early on (including a squat target) and I was surprised how quickly I hit it because of his guidance and workout programs he harassed me to follow to a T lol. I got strong so fast and saw a (huuuuge!!) transformation in my body in a shorter amount of time than I expected to. He’s super knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in his clients progress. I’ve learned so much with him so I’d highly recommend him to anyone wanting to get stronger and see real results
Before I started training with Jye, I was honestly just struggling to stay consistent. With work and life, I’d start training, stop, start again — nothing ever really stuck. I trained in person with Jye for the first six weeks, then switched to online coaching, and that actually worked way better than I expected. The transition was super smooth, and even online, I always felt supported. Everything was clear, realistic, and easy to follow, which made it fit into my lifestyle. We trained together for just under 10 months, and in that time I lost 16 kilos. I feel stronger, fitter, and way more confident. My energy’s better, I’m sleeping better, and training’s now just part of my routine. Even small things like clothes fitting better and getting through workouts that I couldn’t before felt huge. I’d honestly recommend Jye to anyone who wants real results and accountability that actually works. I’d recommend training with Jye because he makes the process simple, keeps you accountable, and helps you get results you can actually see. Before starting with Jye, my biggest struggle was getting lean – no matter what I tried, I couldn’t make real progress. What made this program different was the table he set up for me, so I could visually track my progress every step of the way. The biggest result we achieved together was finally getting lean and actually starting to see my abs come through, which I’d never been able to do before.
Trained online with Jye and lost 14kg in 12 weeks. Training was easy to follow and allowed some flexibility which I liked. My favourite thing about the course was that it forces you to really learn a lot about what your eating, its things that stay with you for the rest of your life so definitely worth the $$$
