First time visiting K1, absolutely loved it! Everyone is super friendly and nice, the place looks amazing and most importantly the nail service was great as well, Tina (if I spell the name correctly) did a really good job 👏 my cuticle looks clean, the color is great! Thank you for your service! And thank you for the tea and candies!
Loved my experience great prices, care & service . They made my mommy daughter experience perfect. I got lost& someone walked 2 blocks to come find me & lead me to the right garage!! From the moment I walked in I was welcomed, met with care & they sat me right on time to my appointment. The herbal peach oolong tea, & snacks were a great hit for my daughter , we enjoyed the comfy recliner chairs,massage & pedicure. Pedicure was so relaxing & gel paint,length of massage hot towels etc & color was perfect. The parking is convenient, private & free, nice location, inside is clean & doesnt smell strong at all, they have organic nail polish options(I didnt use them but my daughter did), the sheer curtains for a little Privacy is a great touch as well. Thank you Lisa & staff who took care of us. I spent $120 for two gel pedicures with add on services(callus, organic, massage) *its been 2 weeks since my appt and both pedicures havent chipped at all :)
I had a really positive experience at this salon today. At first, the result wasn’t exactly what I expected, but the owner was incredibly kind and professional,she handled everything so well and made sure I left happy. They changed the master and redid everything free of charge. Tina did an amazing job,and was very nice. I absolutely love my gel manicure now ❤️ I recently moved from Chicago and was looking for a good nail salon, and I’m so glad I found this place. You can really feel how much they care about their clients. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!
I got my nails done by I believe her name was Lan. She was very welcoming. I enjoyed her service as she made me feel comfortable. She also taught me what services to ask for LOL because I had told her I wasn't really to sure what to ask for when getting my nails done. They offered water and snacks, I'm not sure if she was the owner or manager that checked in every so often to see how things were going but she was great! They really do take care of their customers!
Love the gel color selection and how clean this place is! The service is attentive and meticulous. We were offered refreshments and snacks too. My new go-to nail salon for sure.
