Rudy came to upgrade my condos old shower to one that’s updated with modern knobs and valves. He was very professional in the quote and the reason I chose this company was the quote was spelled out and no hidden fees. The process to convert was fine however during this process, it ended up affecting my kitchen water pressure. Was it coincidental? Not sure but it ended up costing more than I expected and the reason given was my pipes were old. Funny they were working fine before the upgrade. In addition the quote I was given for the kitchen sink repair was incorrect (it was for another shower part) and lucky I caught the error. Overall Rudy is a solid plumber. I think the company could’ve given me a better deal on the kitchen job, but I won’t quibble about the price now. It’s done and my tenant is happy. Being said that, I will hire them again. There’s plenty of companies out there, but I was satisfied with the results.
I requested Kahuna plumbing services a free estimate for the installation of a whole house water filter and descaling. I got a very prompt reply and follow up from Solana, the office coordinator who helped schedule an inspection. Stephen the technician showed up promptly and gave me 3 different options with pricing on the spot. Stephen was nice, personable, courteous and very professional. I am really impressed with him. I like how Kahuna personnel interact with me and I would give Solana and Stephen my 5 stars rating.
Rudy came to our rescue! We had a complicated leak behind an upstairs refrigerator. It required him to access the crawl space. He was very communicative and patient with my elderly father and writhing a couple of hours repaired and replace the failing parts. Water main line restored. We could not be more grateful. The cost was fair and I plan to call for Rudy the next time we need a knowledgeable plumber! Thank you!
On 01/02/2026 KAHUNA sent out their Technician / Steve. He came out to service my 2020 “NORITZ / E30” which developed a small water leak at the base of the unit. Fortunately, he preordered the necessary part a couple days before the installation, so when he showed up on Friday. He had the unit working perfectly. I also had him Descale my system, since it was over due. He recommended it be done again within the next one to two years. It helps our water runs thru a “ECO WATER” softening system. In closing, Steven was very engaging, polite and very professional. He, from here out, will be my go-to Tech. when it comes to servicing my “NORITZ”. Thank you for your service Ma Brotha 👌🏼
I had a great experience with Kahuna Comfort from start to finish. After my tankless water heater failed, they were responsive, transparent, and incredibly helpful in walking me through my options. They worked efficiently, even installing everything in the pouring rain without complaint. The installation was smooth, clean, and well-explained, and everything was up and running perfectly before they left.
