Needed an emergency winter tire replacement. Not only did they have the best price for the tire, they were able to fit me in same day. Employees were pleasant and professional, let all customers coming through know what beverage options they had and pointed out the bathroom. I've experienced way worse service at a dealership I spent $30K at, so I was very impressed by Kal Tire. Normally I like Costco but the speed, efficiency, and pricing here may have knocked them from the #1 spot.
I had a service there a couple of times. I highly recommend this KalTire! I would like to mark their customer service and especially Arevik. She does her job very well and I will service my car there now.
Great experience at Kal Tire Warman Road location. Staff were friendly and did the job very well. They were extremely busy and I did have an appt. I got in about 30 mins later but I was out within 30 mins afterward. So it wasn’t a big deal for me as long as the job was done well and my vehicle treated good. In both cases it was. They had all hands on deck and were doing their best job to keep the tire shop moving. The manager stepped up and helped out the front line and garage staff which was good to see. This was my second time this year visiting this location and both times I feel the experience was excellent. Just need a little more seating for the busy tire changeover seasons perhaps.
I want to recommend this Kal Tire location for being honest and trustworthy. I guess my dealer gave me some bad info so I thought I needed 2 new tires. I got a tire education today from a very nice man. I will definitely be back next year to get 4 new tires. I am very grateful that I didn't get talked into buying something I didn't really need yet.
Took my truck in Oct/14/25 and Got my truck back in decent time that was good but I got the truck back with multiple deep scratches in my leather steering wheel which sucked pretty bad. After I wrote this review before editing it they did get back to me fast which was nice, however the manager kept trying to brush me off the issues with no apology and not offering any resolution only denying. I've been here before and have not had these results especially with the front staff. This particular time I felt like more of an inconvenience being there then a customer despite other visits I've had that were excellent. I hope things turn around to how I remember it from before.
