This Kal Tire is amazing. Their work is wonderful and their customer service is even better. Any time I have come in they have given me the fastest and most helpful service. Most recently they helped me with a flat tire. Their warranty is also amazing.
Sure, they did my tire mounting fine, but its 20 lugs and a torque wrench. What they also did is unprofessional, they put my summer tires in bags.... with all of the snow on them. not even a attempt to blow off the tires with air (which they most definitely have), they just shoved em in poorly tied bags, and the snow processed to melt and leave puddles of water in my car. They also had no regard for the vinyl in my car, it is scuffed and damaged, nevermind all the dirt and grime they got in my door speakers, door, and somehow even on the centre console. My trunk is also covered in dirt due to the dirty bags they used, nevermind thepuddle of water in there aswell from the snow filled tires they thought would be okay to put back into a customers car. Very unimpressed, very lazy and unprofessional work. This would not pass where I work. Im sure if i were to complain aswell, all they would say is "stuff happens". One of the workers was very nice to me, but the others had a bit of a attitude. I cant say I will be returning.
Had my TPMS sensors replaced over failure. They stood behind their product and didn't charge under warranty. In and out in 1/2hr. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I came in for my booked an appointment to request to see if an alignment is needed, guy at the front was really short with me and overall seemed like he could care less to be working. I asked if I could get a balance in and before I could even finish my sentence he just immediately started shaking his head "no" and just said "nope" like this isn't an acceptable response nor is it appropriate customer service. Eventually after being a bit taken back by his abrupt responses he changed his tone and just said "sorry... Yeah all booked today. That's a completely separate appointment" and now I understand better and need to check in a different day. A bit better than just "nope"
I bought set of winter tires & rims for my car. They gave me a quote for 3 price points and explained pro/cons of each . I chose the Nokian brand. This is 3rd time I’ve bought tires from Kal, always happy with the quality work, fast, friendly service and Competitive pricing. I’ll definitely go back next time I need tires.
