12/10- update & change from 3 ⭐️ to 5: Michelle, from corporate Customer Service, contacted me and was able to resolve both issues within just a couple of days. I greatly appreciate her acknowledging me as an individual and hating in solving the problems. When we needed to return to the store, David, was very apologetic and assisted us to determine the right mattress for our body needs, and our sleeping positions. Highly recommend David, at this store, and extending extreme appreciation to Michelle, in the corporate office. Love the recliners and accent chairs. We really want to love the new adjustable bed, too but… I wast told “no problem” multiple times during the sales pitch (spent over 10K there)— “no problem” to attach headboard to new base, “no problem” if you need to exchange the mattress within 90 days… it has been a nightmare! The fact that I can’t sleep in the bed is not helping. First appointment with tech, he didn’t have the hardware to attach frame to headboard. Did take photos of the mattress to begin process. No contact on update— I left messages numerous times. Finally sales person tracked down at store. Must “try” the mattress for a required 30 days AND the hardware must be ordered. Done. Appointment made for day #30 for replacement assessment and for attaching base. Call the night before— tech to be here between 7am & 9 am. He called at 8am– didn’t have the hardware; need to wait for store to open at 10 am. No contact— I called them at 2:54– “tech is the store getting hardware.” Still no one here at 4:35– called- tech is “done” at 3:00 and the hardware is NOT at the store. Will call when it’s received! My stars! This is crazy!!! Once they had the money I am no longer a concern. Shame on me for not researching the firmness of the mattress for side-sleeping. Temurpedic is clear, on their website and videos that a med-firmness is recommended. Now YOU know if you are a side-sleeper not to get firm, which is VERY firm. I do love the recliner set and side chairs.
Kane’s staff member, Rana, helped us throughout the whole process (choosing the furniture and purchasing), making it fast and easy. She helped us with any questions and concerns. Overall excellent service and we definitely recommend them!
Michael was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely polite, courteous, and friendly. His service was outstanding — he made us feel completely comfortable and helped us make the best decision without any pressure. I have not had the best experience with my purchase from this store. They sent the dining set with scratches on the chair legs and it arrived without a box. They have also sent me one of the sectional furniture pieces 3 times with damage from stains and torn fabric, I understand that these things can happen, but 3 times? It seems disrespectful to the customer, The store manager has tried to resolve the issue and has been very responsive, but I still have problems, This is really frustrating.
