Kaspers staff did an amazing job in preparing and serving our office for our onsite holiday brunch. They were professional, courteous, and my event went off without a hitch. I can't wait to work with them again in the future. The food was delicious and it's obvious the staff loves what they do.
Kaspars did an amazing job catering our 100 person wedding. The team from start to finish was always friendly, quick to respond, and patient with all of our questions. From the initial tasting to the day of event, the food, drinks and staff were all awesome. They were extremely accommodating with all of our dietary restrictions and extra kudos to the pastry chef for making some of the best vegan desserts I have ever had. All our guests loved the food and I would recommend Kaspars to anyone for their next catered event!
They did the catering for our wedding and it was FANTASTIC food. We had plenty of options to pick from and tried out the dishes and cocktails prior to the event. Kaspars did all the linens/set-up/take-down as well as the bar services and tray delivered hors d'oeuvres. We did buffet style but table service was also an option. Jen was so much fun to work with and it really felt like having another friend there at our wedding on the day of.
Thank you Kaspars for catering our wedding at JM Cellars, where they are one of the few preferred vendors allowed. We worked with Sarah, who was fantastic and fun! She is very responsive and quickly answered all of our many (many) questions along the way. She did a great job helping us curate a menu that fit what we wanted. Kaspars has a fantastic working relationship with our venue and our planners, and have a great reputation among the greater seattle wedding vendors. They also provided us with bartending services and cocktails: espresso martinis and margaritas which were a huge hit with our guests. As a vegetarian marrying a meat-eater, we wanted options that everyone would enjoy and Kaspars had BY FAR the best and largest vegetarian selection of any caterer we reached out to! We were able to put together a menu to satisfy everyone, and the food and service was top notch. We received so many compliments on the meal! Thank you Sarah and Kaspers for the wonderful wedding day!
Kaspars did an amazing job catering our wedding. From the get-go, they were responsive to emails and answered all of our questions even before we'd decided to book them. On our wedding day, not only was the food excellent, but the service was fantastic. They were extremely attentive to me and my now-husband and to my guests. They knew their stuff, like suggesting that for our cake cutting, we cut the cake beforehand and then do a faux cut for pictures. This is something that would never have occurred to us. They even went so far as to make sure my little nephew's chicken entree was cut up and had the sauce on the side. My nephew told his dad that the chicken was way better than what his dad makes, a true compliment! They also made sure to send me and my husband home with lots of food so we could really sit down and enjoy it. Overall, I would highly recommend Kaspars if you're looking for catering for your wedding!
