I just had the most wonderful experience with Krystal. She helped my husband and I find a new ring for him with efficiency, then took the time to check my rings. My 3 year old daughter was in the store, and Krystal was kind and patient even when my daughter ran behind the counter to see what she was doing. This kind of service is the reason why I keep coming back to purchase my jewelry from Kay’s!
Krystal at your St. Lucie West location in Florida is a great example of an ideal employee. She is very personable and made me feel welcome and valued throughout my visit. She was patient, took her time helping me, and provided excellent guidance on my purchase. Her service was so exceptional that I returned specifically to her to buy Christmas gifts for my family.
Love this store!! We have had a Kay Christmas! Everybody is so professional and nice!! Jade is so wonderful to work with and Annabel pierced my ears!! Gina adjusted my husband’s new watch perfectly!! We will be buying all our jewelry from them!! This is truly a wonderful store to shop at!!
This has easily been the best jewelry shopping experience I’ve ever had. Monica and Linda were warm, engaging and made us feel nothing less than valued regardless of the dollar amount we would be spending. My boyfriend and I went to this location to shop for an engagement ring, which that alone is a stressful experience. Monica and Linda were as helpful and professional as they were kind. They helped with educating us on stones, the process and guided me on rings that would be exactly what I wanted. I am big on customer service, as we all are, and can confidently say they made the visit well worth it and we will be back very soon!
